| Year : 1985 Make : Bentley Model : Continental Coachbuilder : Mulliner/Park Ward Body Type : Convertible Colour : Silver Trim : Grey Leather Piped Blue History : It was announced in 1981 by Rolls-Royce that the production of two door fixed head coupes in both Rolls-Royce and Bentley form would cease, with the decision taken to concentrate solely on convertible motor cars. The designation “Continental” had been used for some of Bentleys finest creations in the 1950’s and 1960’s and in 1984 the term was resurrected in the form of the Bentley Continental convertible. The stylish coachwork by Mulliner/Park Ward was designed by legendary stylist John Blatchley and was assembled and finished in London. Frank Dale & Stepsons acquired this particular car from the first owner in March 0f 2007, having covered just 7,432 miles from new and in entirely original condition. We subsequently supplied in two months later to a long standing customer and fitted a new dark blue mohair hood to the car at his request. We are delighted to be able to re-offer this fine motor car once again, which has now travelled just 9,653 miles in total from new. It is complete with books, tools, is in fine condition and is ready to use and enjoy. This particular car may be the lowest mileage example available anywhere today and should be seen in person to be truly appreciated. Condition : Excellent condition and very low mileage.
