| The last of the mighty SL classics incorporated all the renowned build quality that caracterized the Mercedes cars in the 70'es and 80'es. Top of the range was this 500 SL. A world cruiser of outstanding durabilty and quality. It has the big 5 liter all-aluminium V8 engine with 231 BHP and the 'must have' automatic gearbox. This is a 2 owner car with only 67.000 km on the clock. 1st owner was a Japanese gentleman who kept his pride on a no expense spared basis. It came to Europe in 2009 where the 2nd owner, a Danish collector continued to keep the car in top condition and only used it for driving in the summer. It has been fully maintained and it is in exceptional condition trough out. The 'nachtgrün' (nightgreen) metallic paint is the original from factory and the mushroom leather interior is spotless. Even the engine bay and underbody is like new. It has almost all the options this car could be delivered with like automatic gearbox, orthopedic drivers seat, Tempomat cruise control, hard top etc. This 500 SL is a true collectors item in absolute pristine condition.
