EDITORIAL
Winner takes all. That will be the format for this year's Formula One World Championship and I can categorically state that it will provide the much-needed injection of excitement, uncertainty and cost–cutting to the 2009 races.
Or not. We just don't know until March 29, at Melbourne, when the season will kick off. It could well be, for example, that one driver wins just a couple of rounds and is then Champion due to a plodding accumulation of 4th and 5th places. Alternatively, the thing could be done and dusted by mid–year if a team or driver lucks–in on the right set–up from the word go.
The latter scenario sounds a distinct possibility, and the good thing is that the teams making the running right now are not necessarily the previous pace–setters from McLaren or Ferrari. Williams is topping the last pre–season test at Jerez and we know that the newly formed Brawn GP team is achieving things Honda could only dream about just a few months ago.
So, there you have it. It could be exciting/boring/over–and–done–with in five races/a down–to–the–wire cliffhanger.
And that's 100% guaranteed.

Here we have an absolute 'Pippin'. Complete history file from new with every MoT, too. Just 81.000 miles and she drives like no other of this age which we have ever come across.
Just checked over and with new oil in her gearbox and transfer box she runs extremely well. Many special features, including: Sundym Glass with Shaded band to the Windscreen / Power Assisted Steering / RoseWood Pack / Front Arm Rests / Leather Covered Steering Wheel / Head Rests / Carpeted Load Space and Tail Gate She also has an LPG Conversion, which although never used by the previous owner works just fine - we can also have it removed by Authorised LPG Agents quite easily too.
A well known example, she has featured on the cover of Land Rover Enthusiast and has also had an article in August 2001 in the same magazine where they wrote, "....once in a while we come across a really well preserved example of one of Land Rover's products.....for a 1983 Range Rover to look like the one in our pictures, when it's 18 years old, somebody has to have looked after it...." We can't say fairer than that.

Shadow Formula 1

This car was built in 1975 for the Shadow F1 team. The car was driven predominantly by Jean-Pierre Jarier throughout the '75 and '76 seasons, and was part of the successful Shadow UOP team with Tom Price during 1975.
The car was used in 1976 by Shadow, but with Valvoline not UOP backing. It is this specification that the car is in today. During 1975 Jarier was extremely fast in chassis 4a. In the Swedish GP engine failure robbed him of probable victory, and in Spain he lost a lap with a puncture when in contention for the race win. In the non-championship Swiss GP, he again missed out on victory after dominating the race from pole position, claiming fastest lap, but retiring from the lead with transmission failure.
This is an opportunity to acquire a rare car that would be an ideal entrant to the Monaco Historic Grand Prix, as well as being highly competitive in the Masters Series or within its class at HFO / HGP events. The car has been recently fully rebuilt, and is in race-ready condition. The engine (a period-correct, long-stroke DFV, #50) has been recently rebuilt in 2008 and has only completed one race weekend since rebuild. All crack test and magnaflux inspections were carried out at the beginning of 2008. Fuel cells were replaced in 2006. The car also comes with a small number of spares included.
Before being raced again in 2006, the car had been part of a collection, and had been on display for a number of years in a museum.
