EDITORIAL
I know it's been done before but the aircraft vs car stunt is always an interesting one. This time it's a Lamborghini challenging a modern fighter, and the jet just pips the two-seater over the length of the 3,000m-long runway.
My comments on this are that: a) blimey, the car really does go, b) the matt grey paint finish, scoops, spoilers and fins look a lot better in the metal than studio or show shots. The car doesn't look bad either, and c) how about a 'period' shoot-out between a BRM V16 and a Vampire, or GT40 and a Starfighter?
Over to you, Goodwood Events, on that one.
As far as the Limited Edition Boxster RS 60 Spyder is concerned, I think I can take so much of it but definitely draw the line at the all-red dash and steering wheel. A three-letter word comes to mind — WHY?

Porsche Cayenne GTS
Germany in November: four degrees, drizzle, and the threat of ground frost. Then comes the invitation to travel to Portugal to test-drive the new Cayenne GTS: sun, a good hotel and a 405HP SUV. A lonely beach as a backdrop for the photography — followed, perhaps, by a swim. read more...

Jaguar XK150 Fixed Head Coupé Automatic

This is truly a rare opportunity to purchase a genuine and extremely rare right hand drive 1959 Jaguar XK150 fixed head coupe, automatic model. Totally unmolested, this is a matching numbers car, still retaining its original 1959 registration number.
This vehicle has undergone a major restoration back in the early 1990s. During the works, the XK was meticulously dismantled, (including the body panels), refurbished and reassembled. Since the restoration, the car has predominately remained in dry storage and covered approximately 2,000 miles.
Although this XK has obviously had a small fortune spent on it over the years, it is now showing a few signs of its age due to prolonged storage. Mechanically the car is still in superb condition. However, on the body, there are one or two cracks, a few minor scratches and the occasional sink mark.
This is probably a once in a lifetime chance to obtain an XK150 for such a sum - be quick!
