Aston Martin DB6 Vantage Volante One of 140 Mark 1 DB6 Volantes, this RHD example was previously owned and lived in the USA for many years until the late '80s when it was returned to the UK. Since purchased in 1998 by the last owner, work undertaken has included fitting new fuel tanks/lines, overhauling the carburettors, fuel pumps, brakes, power hood motor/mechanism and window lift motors. In addition, the steering wheel, ignition leads and rear lamp clusters were renewed. The body/chassis was Waxoyled throughout for rust protection and the car set up on a rolling road/chassis dyno. Since being thoroughly serviced this DB6 Volante has been kept in heated storage, and has only been used for seasonal touring, holidays and a few classic car events/tours. This DB6 Volante drives superbly, it is ready for a new home and immediate, reliable road use.
