Well I did warn you last week, it’s Aston a-go-go today as we have the full run-down of a few days in the British company’s latest, the V8 Vantage. Very impressive stuff, as you will read below.

There’s also a great feature on driving a road, and rally, Lancia Stratos. The competition car belongs to none other than Christian Hrabalek (he owns another six!), the man who brought the world the Fenomenon Stratos in 2005, so it has excellent provenance.

Hot off the press is the first official announcement of the totally new Audi TT. I’ve never been a fan of the old car, and I can’t say the new one does an awful lot for me although the styling seems to have sharpened a little from the jelly-mould original. The model has its loyal following so who am I to comment?

And finally do put some of the excellent Goodwood Breakfast Club dates in your diary, it’s a civilised way of exercising your car of any age (we went to the ‘Italian’ day in the V8 Vantage…) amongst like-minded individuals.
