You could not see a greater contrast with the usual stark black-finish watches from Porsche Design than the gold model, however it retains the "instrument panel" dials and easy-to-read legibility of other models in the family. High visibility is retained after dark with the Superluminova coating on hands and hour markers.
Inside the chronograph a titanium heavy metal rotor provides automatic winding, a design that copies the road wheels of current cars and one that can be viewed through the crystal back.
