Exhibition of Ferrari Photography and Art

An exhibition of Ferrari photography at La Galleria in Pall Mall, starting on March 29th, will be the first time Peter Hall has shown his work in public. Hall began photographing cars just over three years ago, commissioned by auction houses, classic car dealers and private collectors. Over time, he has developed his artistic abilities to capture the very essence and style of a car, often on-track at such events as Le Mans, the FIA GT Championship and Ferrari’s Finali Mondiali, as well as at UK venues including Goodwood and Silverstone.

The photographic collection is wide-ranging, covering iconic and memorable Ferrari cars from the past as well as the legends of today, from both road and track. These include the 2008 Formula 1 cars.

Beginning on Sunday 29th March and running for two weeks, the first day of the exhibition will give visitors the chance to watch the opening Grand Prix of 2009 while viewing the work on display.

To extend the reach of the Ferrari-focused exhibition, Hall has invited three other artists to display their work, namely Klaus Wagger, John Ketchell and Enzo Nasso, whose paintings of semi-abstract dynamic motoring art complement Hall’s photography perfectly. Meanwhile, Oliver Strebel-Ritter of World Collector will be bringing some top-quality scale models to add to the collection.

Limited-edition pieces and prints will be on sale at the event.
