As the final part of our 2006 Monterey week coverage we look at the Concorso Italiana, held at the Bayonet Black Horse Golf Course. Best of Show, sponsored by Girard-Perregaux was the green 1967 Bizzarrini Strada owned by Gerd Eckstein.
As always, the event has various classes and themes, one such being the Centennial of the Coppa Milano-Sanremo Award, this going to the wonderful red 1950 Abarth 205 owned by Scott Emsley. Other winners included the 1967 Ferrari 275 GTB/4, owned by Ned Tanen awarded the Shell V-Power Qualita Unica Award, and the Motor Trend Highway 1 Classic Award going to Adan Figueroa's 1970 Lancia Fulvia.

The Ferrari Club of America Pacific Region also held its Vintage Concours at Concorso, their Best of Show was the yellow 1973
365 GTB/4 Daytona of Bruce and Ellen Miller who also won Best of Marque overall.
