| Sometimes it is difficult to put in to words how stunningly beautiful a car is.. and photos don't necessarily do it justice either. Finished in Primrose with a black leather interior this vehicle has never been restored but is presented in a condition that would only require a weekends work to make it a real concours contender. A packed folder includes bills and receipts showing "little and often" servicing, old MOT certificates back to the mid 1990s and even a collection of previous tax discs. An all-important heritage certificate from Jaguar Cars shows this to be a full "matching numbers" example. The current owner has just returned from a 400 mile round trip to the Goodwood Revival meeting and reports no issues, with the car retaining good oil pressure and water temperature. Every feature of the car appears to be functioning perfectly.The 5.3 litre V12 engine starts on the first turn and provides smooth and brisk acceleration. The only deviation from standard is the recent addition of chrome wire wheels and whitewall tyres but the standard wheels have been retained and will be provided to the new owner within the sale. The vehicle currently displays a short (two number, one letter) registration number that may be available by separate negotiation.
