| When 330 BHP is simply not enough! Aston Martin Works Service introduced their 6.3 Litre conversion based upon their experience and success in AMR1 Group C racing. The conversion cost £70,000, a heroic amount of money at the time given a new Virage retailed for around £130,000. The work was a great deal more involved than simply an enlargement of engine capacity, extensive handcrafted body modifications were added along with changes and upgrades to the suspension, brakes, wheels and tyres.….power duly increased from a paltry 330 bhp to a whooping 500bhp giving true super car performance. Offered here in undoubtedly the best colour combination of British Racing Green with parchment leather piped green, this automatic Virage is in wonderful original condition with a complete service history from day one. Is it understood that only 20 of these 6.3 Litre wide bodied Coupes were produced making this 1991 example exceptionally rare.
