| Aston Martin DB7 Zagato; Number 53 of 99
This car is the result from Aston Martin’s collaboration with the Italian Design House Zagato. It has the Zagato “double bubble” styling in the roof shape and rear window. The “double bubble” theme that is found in past Aston/Zagato collaborations; I.e. the fabulous DB4GT and indeed will be found in the immediate collaboration between the companies with the new £400,000 just as fabulous Aston Martin V12 Zagato Supercar.
The DB7 Zagato has uprated performance derived from a shortened DB7 chassis and a significantly more powerful version of the 6.0 litre V12 engine (435 BHP and 410 lb of torque). There are many other enhanced features and customised ergonomics designed to produce a tighter, sharper and a more involved driving experience.
This car was registered on 27th April 2004 and kept by the selling garage until I bought the car with 400 miles in June 2005. Since then the car has been properly and regularly serviced by an AMOC approved Aston Martin specialist garage. The car has been regularly driven, mainly been driven on motorway and dual carriageways, even though the annualised mileage is light. It is garaged and has been carefully looked after.
This car has an excellent combination of colours; DB4 Aston Green with a charcoal interior. It is being sold with the original Aston Martin accompaniments of: Number 53 of 99 DB7 Zagato Launch book, Seat covers, Trickle charger, and Monogramed leather jacket.
This is a collector’s car that has settled at its pricing level which looks extraordinarily affordable when compared with the new V12 Zagato.
I would like as near as possible to £119,995.
