| The SLC was Mercedes big luxury cruiser in the 1970'es and 80'es. It was the ultimate car for 2 on long road trips and with space for 4 on shorter drives. With 300mm longer wheelbase than the R107 SL-class it was to be seen more as a coupe version of the big S-class rather than a closed SL. The 2.8 liter 6-cylinder M110 engine with double overhead camshaft delivers 185 BHP in this 1981 model, that was the last of the mighty SLC. This SLC is fully eqipped with all options that Mercedes had to offer: Automatic transmission, which is a must on big Mercedes cars, electric powered sun roof, Tempomat cruise control, air-conditioning etc. The color is Astral silver with light grey MB tex upholstery. This car was bought in 2008 by its one Danish owner at the German Mercedes specialist Memento. It was at that time a one owner car (Frau Elisabeth Brands in Gladbeck) with a mileage of 122.000 KM. It has now covered 138.000 KM from new. This now 2 owner car has been maintained regardless of costs and comes with one of the most comprehensive sets of documentation we have ever seen.
