| This stunning Viper Green Porsche 996 GT3 Mk2 is one of a pair of cars (the other a 996 Turbo) we converted a few years ago, they were quite famous with several magazine articles dedicated to them. Starting with 3000 miles and all original panels 2004 996 GT3 Mk2 comfort spec the first and biggest job was to paint the car in Viper Green, a classic Porsche racing colour. This exterior work even went to the level of colour coding the brake callipers in Viper Green to match the bodywork. A 996 GT3 RS carbon fibre rear spoiler was fitted and GT3 graphics (removable if a new owner wishes) applied. The wheels were coded black to break up the green a little and to match the graphics. Inside Porsche leather crested bucket seats were installed and the centre panels covered in Viper Green. A Porsche Tequipment half cage was installed and colour coded Viper Green. We also fitted Schroth harnesses in addition to the three point belts, for road work and ease of access you can use a normal three point belt and keep the harnesses for track driving. The centre console was also colour coded in keeping with the car. Finally we upgraded the car with a Revo performance engine map to release some more power. Now having covered just 21597 miles and having had 3 owners from new the car is in perfect condition ready for the upcoming season, the previous owner having cherished the car and having spent over £1000 on a full geometry setup from Centre Gravity and also having it professionally detailed. Next the cars go to our team of professional detailers who spend up to a week preparing the car cosmetically. Any stonechips are removed, the wheels refurbed if necessary and the wheel hubs are painted. The seats are removed and cleaned. Next the car is detailed using Zymol professional products to give a long lasting lustre. Finally, and arguably most importantly, we warranty every car for a year from bumper to bumper, anywhere in the country. This is not a bought in warranty, we stand by each and every car we sell for a year. We believe we are the only Porsche specialist in the UK to offer a service like this.
