| Most mirages dissolve as you approach them; but this one can race away at 220mph. The 720 Mirage Ford GT40 is the result of Roush Technologies quest to produce the ultimate limited-edition version of the Ford GT; which even in its standard format is regarded as “the best modern Supercar”.
They have increased the power to a whopping 720bhp and 600lb/ft, mainly thanks to a larger Whipple Supercharger. Other enhancements that have been added include; adjustable KW suspension - that mean the car sits 25mm lower, widened track-front & rear by 5mm and AP racing Brakes. Perhaps the best feature though is the removal of the car’s American specification rear bumper; it saves weight, but is also gives the Ford GT a clean, uncluttered look.
