Delivered to the Racing Partnership Team Jersey in December 1965 the car ran in all the big races of '66 collecting a number of wins and placings, including 2nd in the TT, driven by Tony Sargeant, Mac Daghorn and Hugh Dibley. It was also used as Steve McQueens mount for his motor racing movie 'Day of the Champion' and then shipped to the USA for the Can-Am championship driven by Hugh Dibley. A complete restoration has just been completed including; monocoque, 5.3 Chevrolet, LG500 and freshly cast Lola wheels, since when it has had 2 test days at Sebring and is now ready for the coming season beautifully finished in Black Emerald paint.
