. Radiating power from every angle you view it, the 365 remains one of the most beautiful collectables of today. The unofficial Daytona name was given by the world press in recognition of the firms 1-2-3 victory at 1967s Daytona race. Designed by Pininfarina and bodied by Scaglietti, only 121 Spiders were produced by Ferrari and of this number, only 7 in . This example presented in Rosso Corsa with Tan leather is a converted coupe which has been owned by 1980 Formula 1 World Champion Alan Jones. The conversion work was extensive and extremely well finished. This is a car which we have known since new and truly admire. The 365 GTB/4 was launched at the Paris Salon, and received enormous praise, particularly in the United States. With a top speed of over 170mph, the Daytona beat every other manufacturer, to the fastest production car of its day.
