| We are delighted to be able to offer the rare opportunity to acquire an original sporty four-seat open touring eight cylinder Bugatti; let alone one retaining such striking original coachwork as this. Ordered by Bugatti’s Paris Agency, supplied in October 1926 and fitted with this elegant coachwork by one of Bugatti’s preferred coachbuilders of the time, Lavocat et Marsaud. Believed to have been exported to America from new and formerly part of two prominent American collections before returning to Europe in 2007. The current owner has had the engine rebuilt in May 2010. Fitted with the an overdrive for long distance touring this is the perfect car for the busy season of tours and rallies that is already upon us. It is not every day that you get to experience the performance of Bugatti’s straight-eight engine in such a sporty four-seat open tourer as this.
