| The Lotus Europa was one of the first mid-engined production cars. It has all the ingredients of a proper Lotus : lightweight, perfect handling and quite fast despite the small engine behind the seats. These cars are quite rare now, and often in neglected condition. This particular example was completely restored by a Belgian Lotus collector, and since the restoration had almost no use. The interior looks very smart and is almost like new, and most important it is rattlefree. Engine and gearbox work very well, and driving this little Lotus confirms the quality of the restoration. This is one of the last affordable mid-engined sportscars from that era, and a car that can only go up in value. It will bring a smile on your face whenever you drive it or even look at it. A perfect classic car for starters !
