Rolls Royce Phantom 1 open tourer, year 1928. Chassis number 83 EH. Colour two tone light blue/grey over blue/grey. Red leather interior and red wool carpet. blue/grey vinyl hood and hood cover. This beautiful and impressive prewar Rolls Royce Phantom I was sold new to Englishman Sir Raymond Greene who lived in London. Thru the years the original Barker bodywork was converted to a open tourer model by bodywork specialist Marsden-Jacobs. This fine Rolls Royce was imported to the Netherlands in the year 1992. A copy of the original factory records is at hand. These records confirm that the engine was mated with chassis 83 EH at the factory. Matching numbers. The automobile is in very good condition! Recently the automobile was extensively inspected and fine tuned by a prewar Rolls Royce specialist. Special is the presence of hydraulic power steering. This option has been fitted in time and it makes maneuvering this large car very easy.
