‘Roger Daltrey’, limited-edition Evora to be sold in aid of Teenage Cancer Trust

Every year, the lead singer of The Who, long-term Teenage Cancer Trust patron Roger Daltrey, organises concerts for the charity at the Royal Albert Hall. At Bonhams’ forthcoming 1 December Weybridge sale, a personalised 2012 Lotus Evora S 2+2 will auctioned on behalf of this worthy cause.

The new car has been discreetly customised inside and out, with several references to the famous Mod, including ‘The Who’ red/white/blue roundel logo embroidered on the headrests and placed on the tail and wings. The seat backs feature a distinctive Union Flag design and Daltrey’s signature appears on the exterior.

With the host of extras fitted, its on-the-road price would be around £74,000. Bonhams estimates that it will sell for £50,000 – 70,000, all of which will be donated to charity.
