| --Silver Birch with Black leather interior and Black carpeting, Fully Restored, 5-speed manual transmission, Factory Left Hand Drive, Factory Air Conditioning, Matching numbers. Thought to have three-owners from new, the history as we know it, is as follows… Purchased new by a Mr. W. Bradshaw, this DB5 was sold new to a Forest Hills, New York (my home town) resident. As the story goes, it made its way South with its next owner and was used and enjoyed by its second owner until its being given to his mistress. It appears “the mistress” overrevved the engine necessitating needed repairs. Subsequently, it was left in storage for 31 years! Purchased by its next owner, another North Carolina resident, it was fully restored (photo documented). The restoration was performed by several different well-known restoration companies. It was finally trimmed by Coachtrim – Johann Merkhoffer, Connecticut and dialed in by SLR/Sportsleicht Restorations, well known for their restorations to Pebble Beach standards. Owned since by this well-known collector, this DB5 has recently come to market. It is complete with factory owner’s manual tools and jack. Owned by Autosport Designs, Inc., this DB5, inspections welcome.
