This fabulous example was supplied by a well know Jaguar specialist and is finished in Cotswold Blue with dark blue roof, blue leather and dark blue carpets. Originally supplied to the US by Jaguar Cars of New York, it returned to the UK in 1989 and comes complete with its original handbooks and correspondence from Jaguar Cars.
Having undergone a complete chassis off restoration with photographic record, it has also benefitted from sympathetic upgrades including power steering and 5 speed gearbox. The body and chromework are in superb condition, and the car was retrimmed during the restoration, also gaining a new hood. The cost of the restoration, by a well known Jaguar marque specialist, was in excess of £140,000.
