Track Test: McLaren MP4-12C at the Nürburgring

Back in the spring, McLaren’s chief test driver Chris Goodwin put the MP4-12C through its paces at the Green Hell – the Nürburgring Nordschleife, the world’s most demanding circuit. Now, Horst von Saurma-Jeltsch of Sport Auto magazine, a Nordschleife expert, has set a time of 0:07:28 in the supercar from Woking – the third-fastest time for a road-going sports car, behind the Porsche 911 GT2 RS and the Gumpert Apollo Sport.
