Touring Garage in Oberweningen (20 km's northwest of Zurich) is one of the most known classic car dealers in Switzerland. Founded by Peter Rau in 1977, it is famous for its vast choice of different cars of all makes and a wide range of price classes. The chance to find a Topolino or a split window Beetle in the beautiful showroom is as big as to find an expensive Porsche, Aston Martin or Ferrari. Usually, Touring Garage has 50 to 70 cars on display. You will find new cars almost every day. After 34 years of business, Peter Rau has given over to his daughter Katrin Rau in April 2011. The owner and manager is supported by an experienced mechanic in Touring Garage's own workshop. Mario Niffeler checks each car before it goes on display into the showroom so it will run smoothly when being sold. Katrin Rau is in charge of buying and selling the classic cars. Also an important member of the team is Yvonne Marchesi. She is in charge of the administration and presentation of the cars. After more than 45 years in the swiss and the international car market, fairness to clients and transparence in selling cars stay the main goal of our philosophy.
