Description

In 1995, Bentley commenced production of the Turbo S, a strictly limited production run of up to 100 cars, which became further exclusive with only 75 cars finally being produced for all markets. The new model had a turbocharged 6.75 litre V8 capable of 155mph and a 0-60mph in 5.8 seconds - the most powerful engine ever developed for a production Bentley. The sales brochure for the new Turbo S exclaimed that "For a select few, the Bentley Turbo S provides a driving experience that can only be described as extraordinary".

Supplied new to its first owner, the Brunei Royal Household, in May 1995 direct from Bentley Motors Ltd, this vehicle represents first class travel whilst giving supercar performance.

Car number 73 of a limited production run of 75 cars, this car is finished in original Masons Black with Magnolia hide, whilst also including optional extras such as a radio / telephone, sports style seats, dark-stained burr walnut throughout and 17" alloy wheels.

The well compiled and detailed history of this car begins with its first service at 844 miles in November 1995 by the Rolls Royce Service Centre of North Acton, London. After which point, the car was entrusted to Rolls Royce of Park Royal, who serviced and maintained the car until 1999, stamping the service book at yearly intervals, regardless of mileage. After a service at the Bentley Service Centre, Nine Elms in 2002, invoices for work carried out suggest the car was maintained by well-known Bentley specialist Jack Barclay and from 2008 onwards all services books are stamped by the aforementioned marque specialist. The history file also includes every tax disc since the car was new and copies of the original build sheets from the Crewe factory.

Before purchasing the car in 2013, the current vendor enlisted Tim Milbank of Pride & Joy Classic Cars to carry out a full and in depth report, whereby he summarises by stating that " the vehicle is sound underneath, the rear is well presented and the original Bentley Motors sticker is still in place." He also states that "the car drove well on the road and the low mileage has preserved the paint and leather superbly for a car of this year." The car has an MOT until February 2015 and is taxed until June 2015.

Presented in lovely condition and reading just 12,786 miles, this exclusive Bentley is surely an investment too good to resist with ‘future classic' status already confirmed.
