We are delighted to be able to offer for sale this stunning and very low mileage example of the Lamborghini Countach 25th Anniversary, which is presented in Black with Beige Hide interior. Having covered a total of 18,000 kilometres, this example will be supplied with a fresh MOT, having had a full mechanical service. In 1988 it was named to honour Lamborghini's 25 years in existence and the 25th Anniversary Countach was then mechanically very similar to the 5000QV, but sported much changed styling. The rear 'air boxes' were restyled and enlarged, while the vents behind them were changed so that they ran front to back instead of side to side. In addition, a new air dam and side skirting, both with air intakes, were fitted and the tail lights were restyled to be narrower, with body-coloured panels replacing the upper and lower parts of the previous large tail lights. The styling changes improved the engine's cooling, a problem that the Countach had always struggled with. It also featured 345/35 R15 tyres; the widest tyres available on a production car at the time. It is believed that a total of 658 examples of the Anniversary model were produced for the world market between 1988 through 1990, when it was replaced by the Lamborghini Diablo.
