| Another of these exceptional hand built Continental's of which we are very fond This example was built to an exceedingly high specification, with many bespoke features over and above the R Mulliner 420 Bhp & 660 ft/lbs turbo charged 6.75 litre V8 engine, with Continental T uprated brakes and steering rack to ensure this 174 Mph vehicle is utterly controllable There were only 131 of these special order Mulliner's built between 1999 and 2003. Tests have shown a 0 - 60 time of 5.6 seconds, although if you turn off the Traction Control 0 - 60 in 5.1 seconds is available - you may wear out the rear tyres rather quickly though!!!! The first owner must have been so excited he took delivery a day or so before Christmas as he couldn't wait for the New Year change of registration year!! Beautiful Silver Pearl paintwork is complimented by magnolia hide interior with black piping, top roll (split magnolia) and lambswool over rugs A special order Continental T Centre console was fitted, including special gearlever selector, turbo boost gauge and starter button Seat switch surrounds are trimmed in hide, cheetah panels are colour coded, wing vents are fitted, electrically folding door mirrors too, Bentley logo embossed to headrests, Bentley logo inlaid in Silver to waistrails, reversing sensors, shaded band to both front and rear screens, special brightwork to headlamp bezels, chrome instrument bezels, self closing and opening boot mechanism (from Arnage) finishes off this most comprehensive list of extras Although such a small mileage has been covered she has been kept in 'tip top' condition and servicing has been entrusted to Broughton's of Cheltenham and laterly to Jack Barclay Ltd - as well as the service voucher booklet being fully stamped there are copies of service invoices on the file too Very rare cars in the first instance, and especially so with such an exceptionally low mileage as this example, moreover with a truly huge specification too A certain future classic and a wise investment
